Alexis Roach has always had a heart for ministry. Growing up in church and following Christ from an early age, she felt a clear calling to serve in ministry. Her leadership is shaped by one foundational truth—Jesus. His love for people and His example of serving others guide her as she leads the next generation.
As the Children’s Pastor, Alexis oversees ministry for kids from 5th grade and below. She is passionate about creating opportunities for children to experience God—whether through Sunday mornings, special events, or simply being present in their lives beyond church. One of her greatest joys is seeing kids light up with smiles, offering hugs, and asking deep questions about faith. She loves that they feel comfortable enough to be curious about God, and she cherishes every moment of their spiritual growth. She is also grateful for the incredible team she gets to serve alongside each week.
Ministry is truly a family affair for Alexis—she serves alongside her parents, who also work at the church. Together, they enjoy game nights, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends. Outside of ministry, Alexis loves staying active, playing sports, going on drives, and enjoying anything that involves coffee. Fun fact: She played basketball at the collegiate level at Evangel University!
Her heart for the church is simple: God has more. She believes that no one has fully experienced the depth of His love, grace, freedom, and joy.
