Jacob and Audrey Roach have been serving as the Lead Pastors of Caldwell Assembly for nearly four years, leading with a deep passion for people and a heart for ministry. Their journey into ministry was a calling from the Lord, and their greatest desire is to see lives transformed by the power of Jesus.
Their faith stories are rooted in personal encounters with Christ during their teenage years. Audrey was impacted by a youth pastor who took an interest in her life, leading her to fully surrender to Christ, never looking back. Jacob’s journey to faith followed a similar path, and together, they have dedicated their lives to helping others experience that same life-changing relationship with Jesus.
As Lead Pastors, Jacob’s primary role is to lead the staff and equip the saints, ensuring the church is growing spiritually and in its mission. Audrey comes alongside him, supporting the church in various ministry areas and helping to create an environment where people feel valued and welcomed. Their greatest joy in ministry is seeing people encounter Jesus, experience life change, and step into their purpose within the church. They believe that when people truly fall in love with Jesus, serving Him becomes a natural response.
Jacob and Audrey have been married for 30 years, a love story that began in high school. They have two wonderful children who serve in ministry and recently became grandparents, a role they absolutely adore—Audrey as “Lala” and Jacob as “Pops!”
Outside of ministry, Jacob enjoys playing golf and all things sports, while Audrey loves spending time with friends, playing games, or relaxing with a good movie (especially on the Hallmark Channel). One of Audrey’s hidden talents? She finds great joy in scaring people and seeing their reactions!
Their heart for Caldwell Assembly is simple: everyone has a place in the church. They are passionate about helping people find where they belong, grow in their faith, and become lifelong followers of Christ—changing family legacies for generations to come.
